General Service Rates
  • Service Call Charge - $ 200.00
  • Mileage charge @ $ 3.50 over 25 miles
  • Labor charge per hour (one tech.) - $ 125.00
  • Labor charge per hour (two men)  - $ 190.00
  • Labor charge per hour (two tech.) - $ 250.00
POM services optical and ophthalmic equipment
Typical Example:
(75 mile service call - two hours labor)
Service call fee (within 25 miles):      $ 200.00
Mileage charge @ $3.50 x 50:         $ 175.00
Two hours labor @ $ 125.00:          $ 250.00
Plus any parts used:                          $    0.00
